Interior Design: Selecting Colors
When selecting colors for the different rooms, think about the persons who use these rooms. Are there babies in the home; teenagers, pets, etc? Colors should be selected based on the taste and lifestyle of the occupants. All rooms should be cozy and comfortable, but we suggest that the rooms that are most used should be bright and cheery. Imagine a family room or den that is gloomy, dreary and dark. The lighting fixtures must be placed in appropriate areas, especially in hallways, kids’ bedrooms, libraries, kitchens, bathrooms and family rooms.
