Putting the Outdoor Touch on Interior Walls

Probably the best thing to do is stick with the ordinary interior wall; painted or covered with wall paper. But if you have a wild side, how about taking a chance and use stones for a few of the walls inside your new home. Surely it would be hard to dust and hard to tell if it’s clean or if creepy crawlies would bug you but it would feel like the great outdoors. Colors should be selected based on the taste and lifestyle of the occupants. All rooms should be cozy and comfortable, but we suggest that the rooms that are most used should be bright and cheery. Imagine a family room or den that is gloomy, dreary and dark. The lighting fixtures must be placed in appropriate areas, especially in hallways, kids’ bedrooms, libraries, kitchens, bathrooms and family rooms.
